About
Architect of Systems + Stories
I’ve been working at the intersection of technology, leadership, and storytelling since I was a teenager. I’ve implemented ERP systems that helped businesses find clarity and calm in complexity. I’ve led teams, rebuilt processes, and mentored professionals who went on to lead projects of their own. And through it all, one thread has remained constant: I help people make sense of complexity and then turn that understanding into action.
Whether I’m architecting an ERP solution, writing fiction that explores how humans adapt to change, or speaking to a room full of professionals about technology, I start with empathy. Because systems are only as strong as the people who use them.
What I Do
ERP Technology
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant and solution architect, I help organizations modernize their systems without losing their sanity. My work has taken me from small family businesses to enterprise-scale implementations, each with its own set of challenges, personalities, and aha moments.
Writing
Stories have the power to teach, to connect, and to remind us what matters. My fiction explores the intersection of humanity and technology. My nonfiction focuses on clarity, decision-making, technology and leadership.
Speaking
I speak about ERP modernization, leadership, and the human side of technology. My sessions are practical, story-driven, and meant to leave audiences confident enough to take the next step.

Implementations Across NAV and Business Central

I believe in educating and empowering people. From clients to team members, I focus on delivering clear information and teaching the best practices that make the magic possible.
The best results come from teams that are trusted, equipped, and clear on purpose. I love being collaborative and transparent; I’d rather bring people along than pull them behind me.
I’ve managed multi-million-dollar budgets, built high-performing teams, and led initiatives that saved companies hundreds of thousands of dollars, but what I’m most proud of is helping people grow and watching them do amazing things themselves.
